olvm: Live Storage migration of windows VMs

Info:

KVM engine 4.4

2x KVM host 4.4 (OEL8.8) with shared FC storage.

Guest:

  • 2x Windows 2019 with Oracle DB
  • 2x Windows 2019 with Oracle Weblogic

Question:

We are going to replace the underlying FC-SAN storage. If we create a new storage domain pool in KVM, can we migrate the Windows clients from the old storage domain to the new storage domain live, or do the Windows clients need to be brought down?
