Workforce Action Reasons and Ben Admin Action

Hello,

I am taking a look at some of the old Action Reasons here and found they do not have valid Event Classes entered. We are seeing a large amount of Job Data change flags occurring when when the Action Reason combo has an invalid Event Class listed. So far in my testing I am seeing that when I put a valid Event Class in the OnDemand events are no longer flagging.

Has anyone else experienced this? I am looking to update them all to MSC most likely. Has anyone left them blank, how did that go? Also, I am unable to find documentation on the impacts of invalid Ben Admin Actions.
