Unable to login to Orch studio

ENT 9.2.5.2 / Web 9.2.5.4 32 bit


User is unable to login to Orchestration Studio - gets error

Do you know why? We cant get logs if user can't login.

Other users like myself are able to login with no issue an open Orchestration studio.
