e1 root logs logs generating in numbers

Hello,

TR- 9.2.5.6 , AR-9.2 , as400 db2, weblogic12.2.1.4.0 windows 2016.

Noticed e1rootlogs is getting created like 10,485,907, 10,485,883 in multiple in every seconds that is around 25 -30 such logs.

when noticed in logs found attaching for your reference and suggestion ...
