Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ORCH - Print MO attachments to user Win-client printer

JDE E1: 9.2, Release 23 and Tools: 9.2.7.5

The objective is to auto-print the media object attachment files to the user-win client printer on the network through Orchestrator.

I can download MO file attachments in ".zip" and then extract them, but there are following issues

1) Downloaded pdf cannot open in Adobe Acrobat Reader

2) The downloaded PDF file size is 0 KB

3) How will BSFN access downloaded PDF files from the local client

I attempted to send MO attachments to users' Win clients via Custom Request f(X), using BSFN B986162A and B95620C but was unsuccessful.

I am confident that an optimal approach exists to accomplish this task in ORCH. Kindly provide your valuable advice and guidance in this regard.
