Deploy to Application Server Fails

Hello

Could you help me find the cause of the error.

The installation of HFM 11.2.8 was carried out in a distributed environment,

server 1 (foundation, financial reporting, hfm), server2 (fdmee) and server 3 (bd), on server 1 it was installed and configured correctly, on the server it tries to deploy to the same weblogic fdmee domain, but it sends this error Of configuration.
