How to disable MFA access

KIndly disable my MFA for sometime so that my account can be accessed.


I have an oracle free account. There are 2 instances running in it and I wanted to make it a paid service but somehow I lost my MFA from my mobile now unable to login to the tenancy.


Instances are running under root tenancy.
