Unable to load user preference while logging into Siebel Tools

Dear Everyone,

I was facing this issue where upon logging into the siebel tools iam getting below error and it has started to happen out of the blue - can anyone please assist?


Failed to load user preference file 'D:\siebel_tool_ip22\bin\SADMIN&Siebel Tools.spf'
