Interactive Grid Err-1002 Error on clicking Link column

Hi ,

APEX Version 22.2.5

I have a Page with a editable Interactive Grid . I added a Link column. The link column starts Dynamic Action executing Java Script command 'apex.submit("xxx");'. Normally it is working. But when I define a filter in the interactive Grid Actions Menu ( Actions -> Filter ) on a date column (Type = Date Picker) and then I change the value of a column and click the link column I get the error message 'Err-1002 unable to find item ID for item "R114........." in application "112". What can I do here ?
