Third party agent startup failure

We have Oracle SOA 12.2.1.4 which starts an AppDynamics agent with a startup parameter to Java.

When we attempt to start the Oracle SOA automatically as system service, we are encountering errors exactly as outlined in this support article -

The solution directs to remove the third party tool. However that is not an acceptable solution for us. Is there another way to have this integrated with the SOA startup?

If anyone encountered a similar issue with third party tool and have any guidance that would be great. Thanks!
