Error: Tax Calculation: Unable to determine Country code for the Location

Oracle EBS 12.2.9

Hello,

We are getting the following error message when attempting to submit POs for a Supplier Site where the Country is South Sudan.

Error: Tax Calculation: Unable to determine Country code for the Location ID: 807219 and Location type: BILL_FROM

Another error is also displayed on the PO when pressing the action to 'View Tax'. The error says that 'An error has occurred during tax calculation which could impact tax information display.

The country exists in hr_locations and fnd_territory.

Any advice is much appreciated.
