Multiple entries in F1207 for same equip and service type

Hi are using 9.2, tools 9.2.7.3 We recently upgraded to this tools release.

We are seeing multiple identical records in the F1207, for the same Asset Number, same Serial Number and same Maintenance Status 01. We have one asset number with over 50 identical records. We thought that maybe the users had entered them in error, but with over 50 that seems unlikely. Is there another way that these could be generated? The Audit Data only shows last program to update was R12807. Any help is greatly appreciated.
