Mysql - Enterprise online backup - schedualed backup task does not run.

When I went from 5.7 to 8.0 of Mysql Commerical (windows server 2016), the scheduled backup's quite running. I have tried to create a new account in MySQL accounts and use the new account om setting up the backup but I keep getting "access denied" errors.

I tried create an account on the windows server account manager with the same name and with localadmin the backup admin privileges. no help.

The I configured the mysql account with DBA privileges - again no help.

Has anyone run into similar problems and/or has a solution.
