iprocurment responsibility unusual behaviour

Greetings!

We are facing issues in iprocurment responsibility. multiple users having unexpected issues like in Requisition> Approvals> VIEW requsition to approve, in this option just indicates those PR's which is in process but in approver list also showing approved PR's.

Second option Requisition> Approvals> VIEW Requsitions I have Approved, when user select this option and wants to finds those PR's that he approved but this function just continuously loading not populating any output.
