Oracle ECC Release v11 installation and integration with Oracle EBS R12.2.10

Completed an uipgrade to eBS R12.2.10 and installed ECC V10. ECC V11 which has more dashboards is now availabel. If I wnat to upgrade to V11 of ECC, what are the pre-reqs for eBS R12.2.10.

Do I need to upgrade eBS or deploy additional patches to my eBS environments so that the certifications between eBS R12.2.10 and ECC are maintained?

Is there a certification matrix for eBS components such as ECC?

What about WebLogic and OHS?
