Filesystem is full - how to move datafile online to other location?

Oracle Product: Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2

Version: 19.3.0.0.0

One of the filesystems is full on the server where our datafiles reside, I need to move some of those datafiles online to another location, please suggest to me how to do that, and what things we need to keep in mind while transferring the datafiles as this a production database.
