R12 Inventory Miscellaneous Issue is getting costed, but no Journals getting created.

We are implementing Inventory functionality in EBS. As a part of process flow, when we receive items, we are able to see Create Accounting - Cost Management process picking up these transactions and accounted for in GL.

We can review journal entries for receipt accruals.

But, when we do an issue from store transaction, Miscellaneous Issue or Account Issue, the Material Transaction is getting costed, and we do see Debit and Credit sides of the transaction (see the attached).

But when we run the Create Accounting - Cost Management, none of the store issue transactions are getting picked up and the log shows the message below, stating no transactions to account (see the attached).
