19c rac patch 19.21failed

db:oracle 19.3 rac

patch to 35642822 failed.

The previous upgrade was smooth and successful, but this upgrade failed, I don't know what caused it, how to solve it?

The upgrade method ：

export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/19.3.0/grid

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatchauto apply /soft/patch/35642822


error logs:

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatchauto resume

Session log file is /u01/app/19.3.0/grid/cfgtoollogs/opatchauto/opatchauto2024-02-22_02-54-13PM.log

Resuming existing session with id LPH6


Performing postpatch operations on CRS - starting CRS service on home /u01/app/19.3.0/grid
