Can not Export file from Oracle Application

Users tried to Export from Oracle (Menu File>Export) after finish loaded.

No result file to save.

This event not found for everyone. Some users found ,but users that found this problem are increase.


Information for users who can not Export File



RDBMS : 11.2.0.4.0

Oracle Applications : 12.1.1

Edge v 120.0.2210.144

windows 11pro23H2

But for user user Other Version of Edge or Windows There are no problem.
