Query Data Masking - anyone set this up to only mask a few fields instead of the delivered 4000+

Hello! I'm wondering if anyone has successfully set this up so that it only masks SSN, Passport, DL #, DOB, and Bank Account Number in the records they are found in? There are thousands of fields marked as either personal or sensitive and it appears that no one can run a query without getting the "insufficient access (30, 15)" error message. I opened an SR and was directed to review other tickets and questions that have been submitted, which I had done already. The only relevant one I found is highlighted in the screenshot below. I'm curious to know if
