Lost Access to Cell Phone with 2 Security Factor

Good afternoon Dear all, I lost access to my cell phone that has the Oracle Cloud Authenticator installed for the 2nd factor of security and I cannot access my Oracle Cloud account with just my email and password? How to proceed in this case?
