Personalize WorkCenter - Saving Run Control in HCM

We are on PS HCM 9.2, PT 8.59.06, I believe. Through PUM 44.

I am setting up WorkCenters and noticed that if you personalize and save the run control ID, it's not working. I found document 2452252.1 which addresses it in PUM 46 for FIN, but nothing for HCM. Do we know if this has been reported and fixed in a PUM? I haven't been able to find anything.
