Recruiter - My Applicants shows all active applicants

The new My Applicants tile and page (image 41) shows all active applicants. The previous version of this page allowed the recruiter to set a default to "Applied within the last two weeks" however the new version doesn't allow them to do that (that I can see). This means that it shows all active applicants, which for some is upwards of 100000. This information is relatively useless, so I'm wondering if there is a way to apply the old filter for "applied within the last two weeks".
