KVM host OL7.9 upgrade using Leapp

Greetings!

I have a 50-50 chance of getting this in the right forum, apologies if I rolled the dice wrong.

We need our upgrade our current OLVM 4.3.10 to the latest and greatest (4.5). Of course we need to upgrade our current installation from 4.3 to 4.4 first. Looking through the administration manual on upgrading the current KVM host from OL 7.9 to OL 8.x, it references using Leapp as an upgrade path, Doc ID 2900355.1. The problem is when I attempt to find that document, it appears that is does not exist. So that either means the document has been retracted of superseded, either if which I cannot find.
