Getting error "ORA-01403: no data found in Package AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG Procedure Validate_Vendor_Site"

Hi,


I am using API ap_vendor_pub_pkg.update_vendor_site_public to update vendor sites.

When I try to update vendor sites some of the vendor sites are not getting processed due to API error "ORA-01403: no data found in Package AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG Procedure Validate_Vendor_Site".


Let me know the probable reason behind this issue.
