How to create journal approval multiple rules using a spreadsheet in Fusion:

  1. If a particular user, Abc, enters a journal manually or via journal import for the XYZ ledger, it should be automatically rejected.
  2. Since I have enabled approval for the XYZ ledger, if any other users besides Abc enter the journal, it will prompt for approval. In this case, we need to create a "Skip approval" rule.

How can we achieve this by creating approval rules using the journal approval spreadsheet template? Your assistance is appreciated.
