What is the local workspace by running APEX in a Virtual Machine

I installed the Oracle APEX 22.2 (preconfigured with the package as described on the web) described like the webpage https://apex.oracle.com/en/learn/getting-started/ told me.

The installation was no problem and worked as described. In the description is told to launch APEX with "http://localhost:8080/ords"

There the login panel for the workspace is coming up. But unfortunately i miss the credentials for a local APEX workspace. In the description i can not find any clue how this local workspace is named, which user and password i can use.

Is there someone who already installed the local VM and got an successful local login?
