MasterCard Process Does Not Update Employee Profile to Inactive

Hello,

We are currently using PeopleSoft 9.2 and are on image 42 and have recently switched to a MasterCard credit card vendor. We have noticed that the delivered EX_LOAD_MCV3 does not update the user's credit card data to inactive. We were previously with a Visa credit card vendor and the delivered EX_LOAD_VISA process did update employee's credit card data to inactive. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Does the business need to manually inactivate MasterCard employee card data since the delivered EX_LOAD_MCV3 process does not update this information? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
