Why can't I add system sources in data management?

we migrated from version 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.8, to be able to visualize the information in the data management, we imported the artifacts and proceeded to restore the FDMEE scheme and when this was finished I could visualize the rules and all the information except that of the system of origin.
