ADZDPATCH Running status

Hi,

We have 12.2.8 system, doing the adop patch cycle, applied few patches and apply phase also done, but yet do the cutover. My question is, during cutover running adzdpatch concurrent program normaly completed due to some issue we postponed the cutover phase. In meantime if we restart the complete apps tier services including concurrent manager, will that program still running status.? what will happaned the active patch cycle if restart the apps tier services.
