EBS Quality implementation with Skip item inspection functionality

EBS Quality implementation with Skipping item receiving inspection, if the inspection was accepted in the previous receipt, and continue for a few more receipts. After a few receipts, say 3, it needs to be inspected again. Could you please help on this or share me any links or guides to achieve this functionality?
