Unable to delete assignment Product Environment

HI,

In the Hera Production environment, for the employee VITULANO MONICA, we tried to eliminate the assignment COORDINAMENTO VENDITA CRM_(62605).

The employee is in "Status" => 'Active' and has "Action" and "Reason for Action" => 'Ad Interim', with "Effective Date" 01/10/22.

To carry out this operation, following the steps in attached files.

Once the steps have been carried out, the following error is shown on the screen:

You can't delete this assignment because the person had, has, or will have direct reports. You need to assign the reports to other managers first.

We have already simulated the same operations in the Test environment, for the same employee, having the same assignment characteristics present in the Production environment in order to have the same starting situation and the operation was successful.
