DB 19c - 19.3 update to 19.21

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 5 comments

Hi community, I have one question. We need to have DB v 19.21 on SUSE. I have downloaded 19.3 and then I was instructed to download 19.21. I have found those two patches (patch and GI release patch). And I actually don´t know what´s the difference, and which I should use for updating base 19c 19.3. Can anyone help me?
