Is it possible to encrypt column XMLTYPE data type using TDE Column Encryption?

Hello Folks, good day!

Please, I would like to certify or make sure that data type like (XMLTYPE) for a specific column can not be encrypted. It's because I found the information into (3.3.2 Data Types That Can Be Encrypted with TDE Column Encryption) web page and this type is not specified in the list. In this way, could you please confirm if it's not possible to apply the encryption (TDE) for this type of data.
