How to improve accuracy of ship to contact and add email address on req lines?

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM ePro and Purchasing 9.2

We use ePro to create requisitions and then use the sourcing and dispatch processes for PO's. We have limited number of requesters who actually enter the requisitions but want to reflect the name and email address of the distributed "deliver to" person on the req/PO as contact info for the supplier. We currently use the Attention To field to reflect a contact name, but want to add an associated email address.

Has anyone else had a similar requirement or approached this issue in another way? We've considered populating everyone in the requester table but this does not solve the fact that the attention to and ship to location can vary by line.
