Excel BI Publisher Template - Conditional Formatting

Hi,

I am looking to highlight a cell if the cell next to it has a value = 'ERROR". Have used conditional formatting in excel and a few other things like using XDO_STYLE_1_?XDOFILED1? but i am not able to get it right.

There are a few discussions i came across but couldn't find a solution.

Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.
