RPAS - Attribute planning

We are trying to decipher the daily attribute outbound files from Oracle.

In the outbound files, there are 2 columns.

Essentially how are these fields correlate to an Attribute value in Oracle.

Below are the column names:

atme - attribute member

apsclsattritemtx - AP Subclass Attribute 1st Item (Attribute Subclass Attribute 1st Item, will be used during AP export)

apsclsattritemtx - is an insertable measure. This implies that the values for this measure are predetermined. If yes, where are they defined and how are they determined? I can't able to find this measure in any of the workbook. Can someone please explain?
