Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Financial - JDE1 (MOSC)

P0911 application in E1 is taking forever to load for one of our users. Why?

9.2.7.2 we have one user that is having issues with P0911 application loading quick. It probably takes as long as 30-45 sec for it to load.

For other users it takes less than 5 seconds for this application to load.

Any ideas of why this might be happening?

We have tried clearing cache and user restarts computer at least once every week.
