Availability of SAW(server administration workbench) in JDE 9.2.7.1(64 bit)

We are using JDE 9.2.7.1 Tools release 64-bit.

Does SAW still exist for the JDE 9.2.7.* releases as we are not able to locate serveradministrationworkbench.exe file in the location system/bin64 or in JD Edwards folder.
