MM-UEES: Item search form does not give results if show quantity is selected

Hi Team,

We are on R12.2.9 release and since the time we have upgraded from R12.1, we receive the error upon selecting the option 'SHOW QUANTITY' on the screen, although there is on hand stock available. Without ticking the SHOW QUANTITY option, form works without the error.

Oracle support asked us to regenerate the form in a fresh clone but cloning is not possible at the moment as DBA is not available.

Can we regenerate the Oracle standard form (INVIVCSU) in inventory in prod instance ?

Do you foresee any risk in doing production directly. I believe the regeneration is done on a particular form (which in this case is not working).
