Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle primavera p6 eppm version 23.10

Hi, my customer has created a project template copying it from a project.

Now the customer wants to create a new project from the template but we got errors:

Adding project/template has failed.

What could be the cause?
