Error ORA-01722: invalid number.

Hello,

I try to make an insert in the PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ALL.ATTRIBUTE3 field with the value "'No P.A.I'" and I get an error. It gives the error ORA-01722: invalid number.

PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ALL.ATTRIBUTE3 VARCHAR2(150 BYTE)
