EPM 11.2.13 to 11.2.15 In Place Upgrade, RCU Question

Hello,

We are running EPM 11.2.13 and are planning on upgrading to 11.2.15 in place, using the same Windows servers and SQL Server database.

We have four Hyperion servers: an Essbase server, HFM, FDMEE, and everything else (Foundation, Planning, DRM and more).

I understand this to be very similar to the 11.2.8 and earlier upgrades, so I am comfortable with most of this. I am uncertain about the RCU part required because of the new Essbase version. I read a lot of comments suggesting others have had difficulties with the RCU instructions and they confuse me too.

One person suggested RCU.bat does not have to be run for an in place upgrade. That makes some sense because we already have RCU tables and users. Maybe we update the RCUSchema.properties file and that is the end of it.
