Oracle FMW 12c, 100% CPU utilization all the time

in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

The windows server Essential 2019 installed Oracle middle ware and the CPU utilization is 100% all the time. The Java Platform SE binary and AdminServer occupied the whole CPU usage as in picture.

Software version as below:

  1. Windows Server 2019 Essential (version 1809)
  2. Oracle Fusion middleware 12.2.1.4, apply patches: p33958532_122140_Generic, p34044738_122140_Generic, 1. p33618954_122140_Generic, 1. p33546536_12214211129_Generic, p32784652_122140_Generic, 1. p30613424_122140_Generic, p33281560_122140_Generic
  3. Java version "1.8.0_333"

Is that normal for the 100% CPU usage even no client or very few clients connect to this App Server?
