AR Dunning letter setup in R12.2.11

Hi Team,

We are upgrading our instance from 11i to R12.2.11 version.

Dunning letters were used in 11i. But in R12.2.11 we are not able to do the setup/customization in dunning letters.

Please clarify on this, as it required the' Advance collection' module in R12.2.11.

is it possible in AR module to do the Dunning letter setup? without Advance collection module?

Also, please provide more information on dunning letters in R12.2.11 what are things are required to achieve the dunning letters in R12.2.11.
