Requisition Change Request in Process- PO hold from further processing

PeopleSoft 9.2 image 46, PT 8.60.07

We encountered an issue where a requester created a requisition change request, it was approved, and then PO_POCHNG ran to update the PO. The PO header had hold from further processing selected.

Now the change request is in process, and we can't seem to find a way to get it out of process without IT assistance.

Has anyone else run into this before? If so, did you find a way in the online pages or processes to get a change request out of in process status?
