Upgrade from 11.2.14 to 11.2.15 with error on Essbase server configuration

EPM 11.2.15 / Linux 7.9 /Oracle database 19x

We are upgrading from 11.2.14 to 11.2.15. We have following setting in

Foundation server with EAS, APS, Shared service, FDMEE, CAL Manager and FR report

Planning server and Essbase server

When we ran the configuration on foundation server where we are able to configure everything except APS. It error out and the configure log shows  the following error ""/u01/app/oracle/product/fmw/EPMSystem11R1/common/utilities/EssbaseLCMUtility/resources/UpgradePS4To21cScripts/ExportPS4EssbaseApps.sh"".

But this /u01/app/oracle/product/fmw/EPMSystem11R1/common/utilities/EssbaseLCMUtility/resources/* does not exist in foundation server and also in Essbase server
