Time Entry module - Comments from Approver

PeopleSoft Expense- Time Entry module, PUM 43.

We have rolled out the Fluid Time Report - and we noticed that when the Approver rejects/sends back the time report with a comment on the time report, that comment is not visible on the Time report.

Does anyone know where does this comment shows on the Time report?
