Multiple Customer Price Groups within a single adjustment definition

My client has a need to define a price adjustment details with 2 different customer price groups. We are expanding their current price details to include a market segment cat code. In most cases, this is not a problem because the adjustments do not have a customer price group defined. However, in this one case a customer price group for LOB already exists for some of the detail records and I need to add market segment.

I don't want to add additional records for every LOB value (there are hundreds), but I can't leave the LOB blank or an error occurs.
