Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

can any help us to understand below error, while executing for BI Publisher reports,

oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.template.ProcessCancelledException: DocLoader was cancelled after 123 seconds

oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.template.ProcessCancelledException: FlattenXML was cancelled after 68 seconds
